FIELD: construction.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction, namely to methods of preparing concrete mixture and mortar, concrete and structures, and can be used in production of articles and structures in monolithic construction. Method comprises mixing coarse and fine aggregate, activated portland cement in factory conditions, delivering the obtained mixture by truck mixers to the concreting location, design amount of water and superplasticizer and mixing in truck mixers for at least 5 minutes. Portland cement is pre-activated in the vortex layer till its specific surface is increased by at least 2 times. Calculated amount of tempering water and superplasticizer are additionally treated in conditions of cavitation motion till pH value is not less than 8.3, and oxidation-reduction potential is not less than 180 mV.
EFFECT: high mobility of the concrete mixture, high early and high-grade strength of concrete articles for compression, high frost resistance.
