FIELD: construction industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of the construction industry and the production of building materials, namely to the field of activation of cement suspension by electrophysical action, and can be used to activate cement mortars in the technology of concrete production both in factory conditions and in the conditions of the construction site. The method involves loading the suspension into an activation reactor for electrophysical treatment of the mixture with a high-voltage electric discharge and the flow of a direct electric current. At the same time, a cement suspension with a water-cement ratio equal to 0.35, placed in a closed sealed chamber with high-voltage electrodes fixed in the lid and bottom, after 30-45 minutes from the moment the cement is sealed with water, is affected by a high-voltage electric discharge resulting from the forced closure of the air arrester. After that, the cement suspension is processed by the flow of a constant electric current.
EFFECT: increase in the strength characteristics of cement stone, an improvement in the processing qualities of concrete, an increase in the energy efficiency of the process and a reduction in the time of strength gain of concrete structures using a simpler device and equipment for processing.
