FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for isomerisation of hydrocarbon feedstock containing hydrocarbon compounds C5 and/or C6, wherein said method includes using recirculation loop of at least one chlorine-containing compound. According to method: a) supplying to isomerisation unit at least one liquid fraction of said hydrocarbon feedstock and performing isomerisation in presence of chlorine-containing catalyst; b) feeding, at a stabilization plant containing at least one stabilization column, a stream leaving the isomerisation unit and performing in the said stabilization unit separation into: gas stream containing at least one chlorine-containing compound, a liquid stream having a concentration of CA compounds C5+, and a liquid stream comprising at least one hydrocarbon feed isomerisation product; c) realizing in an absorption plant comprising a single absorption column: a first contact between the gas stream leaving step b) and the washing solution, wherein supply of said gas flow to absorption column is carried out below supply of said washing solution, wherein said washing solution is selected from liquid fraction, complementary to said hydrocarbon material, and/or at least a portion of said liquid stream obtained in step b) containing at least one hydrocarbon feed isomerisation product; wherein said washing solution has a concentration of CB compounds C5+ such that CA<CB; second contact between gas flow obtained as a result of said first contact and said liquid stream obtained at step b), wherein supply of said liquid flow is carried out to head of absorption column above supply of said washing solution; d) extracting from the absorption unit liquid stream rich in chlorine-containing compounds and feeding it into the isomerisation unit; e) said liquid stream containing at least one product of isomerisation of hydrocarbon material is collected from stabilization unit (20).
EFFECT: use of the disclosed method increases overall output of compounds having high octane number.
