FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing high-octane gasoline fractions from gasoline-naphtha fractions by rectification thereof with separation of head fraction of raw material and heavy gasoline fraction, subsequent heating, evaporation and overheating to processing temperature of heavy gasoline fraction and its contact at high temperatures and excess pressure with zeolite-containing catalyst, cooling and separation of contact products to gaseous and liquid products by separation, supply of liquid contact products to stabilization column for extraction of hydrocarbon gases and stable liquid fraction, feeding the latter into the product rectification column for extraction of high-octane gasoline fraction and heavy residue fraction. Method is characterized by that the head fraction of the raw material is fed into the stabilization column into an intermediate section of the column between the inlet of liquid contact products and the inlet of cold reflux.
EFFECT: simplified regulation of steam vapors of produced gasoline and higher output of gasoline and liquefied gas C3-C4.
