SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medical devices, in particular to a tube with an applicator tip for liquid or paste-like medicinal agents. Tube with an applicator tip for a liquid or paste-like material, in particular a biologically active agent, comprises: a tube body configured to be locked either by an already closed end and an output end, which has a tube neck with an outlet, elongated in the longitudinal direction of the tube, connected to the outlet end of the tube of the applicator tip with an internal channel, which connects the inlet hole and applicator opening. Applicator tip has a first section of its length adjoining the outlet hole and has a second section of its length adjoining an applicator hole. Bolt is attached to the applicator tip of the applicator tip and closes the applicator opening. Tip-applicator has a gripping device which passes through the first segment of the length of the applicator tip and is made in the form of expansion in one measurement of external cross-section of the applicator tip relative to the external cross-section on other sections of the applicator tip. Disclosed is a method for manufacturing a filled tube with a tip-applicator.

EFFECT: technical result consists in ensuring introduction of the preparation in hard-to-access areas of the body.
