FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: cylindrical billet has one end face changing into head part with discharge opening stopped by disposable lock and opposite end face being open. Note here that head part features outer shape other than round and is provided with at least one air discharge zone. Note also that tube case is blown from one- or multilayer extruded plastic sleeve in blow mould while dispensable lock is also blown in the same mould during the same blowing process. Invention covers also plastic tube made from said billet and method of its production.
EFFECT: simplified procedure.
