SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a thermoplastic immobilizing bandage, and more specifically to a thermoplastic immobilizing bandage made from a thermoplastic material and capable of preventing displacement of a damaged portion (affected area) of a human or animal in the process of treatment. Thermoplastic immobilizing bandage comprises a structure having a mesh shape and a thermoplastic property; an outer shell provided on the outer surface of the structure; and a buffer gasket provided on outer surface of outer shell and having elasticity. Melting temperatures of outer shell and buffer gasket is higher than temperature of structure melting. Outer shell porosity differs from porosity of buffer gasket. Outer shell covers the structure. Buffer gasket is connected to the outer shell so that the buffer gasket is deformed together with the structure when the structure is deformed to match the broken body part of the patient.

EFFECT: invention provides eliminating any inconvenience to the user caused by wearing the immobilizing bandage by the user, absorbing the impact applied to the injured area; wear-resistant and durable.
