FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of acoustic panel from reinforced concrete with photoimage. Method of producing an acoustic panel of reinforced concrete with a photographic image, which includes treating the inner surfaces of the mold with a lubricant which is configured to exclude sticking of the concrete mixture and obtain flat surfaces of the panel, wherein the material is laid to obtain a photographic image, installation of the reinforcement frame and embedded parts in the mold is carried out with observance of the protective layer of reinforcement in the concrete, the concrete mixture is placed into the mold with subsequent compaction of the concrete mixture, control over non-tolerance of over-consolidation of concrete mixture and formation of cold seam in panel structure, set of strength of concrete is performed, then, acoustic panel is reshaped from reinforced concrete from mold, material is obtained for obtaining photographic image.
EFFECT: technical result consists in production of acoustic panel of reinforced concrete with said surface, which is made in form of graphical concrete slab or relief surface of concrete, due to use in production of acoustic panel of reinforced concrete material to obtain photographic image on concrete.
