SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of acoustic panel from reinforced concrete with stamping. Method of producing an acoustic panel of reinforced concrete with embossing, which includes the following steps: treating the inner surfaces of the mold with a lubricant which is configured to prevent sticking of the concrete mixture and obtain flat surfaces of the panel, wherein material is laid to produce embossing, installation of reinforcement frame and embedded parts in mold is performed with compliance of protective layer of reinforcement in concrete, laying of concrete mixture into mold is performed with subsequent compaction of concrete mixture, control of inadmissibility of re-consolidation of concrete mixture and formation of a cold seam in the panel structure, performing concrete strength gathering, then performing decoupling acoustic panel of reinforced concrete from mold, material for stamping is removed.
EFFECT: technical result consists in production of acoustic panel from reinforced concrete with embossing, due to use in production process of material for stamping.
