SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to cardiology, anaesthesiology and resuscitation, and can be used for relief of reperfusion syndrome in patients with acute coronary syndrome and ST segment elevation. Method involves therapeutic coronary angiography, the perioperative period is followed by three intravenous slow introduction of 4 ml of 25 % magnesium sulphate solution in a period of at least 2 minutes at the beginning of thromboextraction, at the beginning of the balloon angioplasty, 2 minutes after the balloon angioplasty.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables fast arresting of reperfusion syndrome in patients with acute coronary syndrome and ST segment elevation, reducing the risk of fatal outcome and complications by preventing reperfusion syndrome and recovering blood supply in the area of acute myocardial infarction, reducing the volume of drug therapy and the risk of by-effects.
