FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of machine building. Electromagnetic friction multi-plate brake comprises a housing, a sleeve installed in the housing, an axle, a flange, an anchor, with tie rods arranged in the guide slots of the bushing, a pressure plate rigidly connected to the rods, which are installed in the bushing, which interact with the pressure disk of the spring, a control element installed on the bushing and located between the pressure plate and the end surface of the control element, which forms two parts, a set of alternating friction discs. Discs with odd serial numbers at counting from pressure plate side, are connected to bushing by means of splines ledges made on them, arranged in splined slots made on bushing, springs of stabilization in the form of corrugated tapes located in spline grooves of the bushing by one side of corrugation ledges, and by the other side between spline ledges of friction discs, and elastic centering elements which are connected in radial direction of brake with pressing disk and bushing. Two-position electromagnetic drive is made in the form of electromagnet supply winding, connected to it magnetic conductor, discharge winding of electromagnet and permanent magnet arranged between windings.
EFFECT: reduced power consumption.
