SUBSTANCE: safety device (30) for drug reservoir (20), comprising: first sleeve (31) having first bead (35) and second bead (36); second sleeve (32) made with possibility of extending relative to first sleeve and detachably connected to first board (35); and finger flange (50, 500) comprising at least one elastic clamp (72) adapted to engage with second bead (36) of first sleeve (31), wherein resilient clamp (72) comprises transverse support (72.1) extending radially inward (I), wherein longitudinal support (72.2) extends from transverse support (72.1) in proximal direction (P), hook comprises inclined surface (72.3) and blocking surface (72.4) extending from longitudinal support (72.2) radially inward (I), wherein during introduction of outer bead (36) in distal direction (D) second bead (36) is engaged with inclined surface (72.3), more and more deflecting elastic clamp (72) in radial direction outward (O), at that, after second bead (36) has passed inclined surface (72.3), elastic clamp (72) is opened and second bead (36) is engaged with blocking surface (72.4) preventing the return movement of second bead (36) in the proximal direction (P), wherein transverse support (72.1) comprises hinge (72.1.1) in form of section with reduced thickness compared to rest of transverse support (72.1).
