SUBSTANCE: invention refers to urology, and can be used for treating complicated ejaculation in tuberculosis patients. Vitamin-and-mineral complex is presented by preparation Prostadosis 1 tablet 2 times day for 3 months. Additionally, laser radiation is exposed to wave length of 63 mcm with power density of 5 mWt/cm², placing light guide strictly perpendicular to skin surface at two points: in the penis root and in the coronal crown of the head at the level of the frenulum, for 5 minutes per each point, the procedures are performed every other day, 15 procedures per course.

EFFECT: method provides reducing neurotoxic action of anti-tuberculosis preparations and restoring hindered ejaculation by using Prostadosis and local low-intensity laser therapy.
