FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to urology, and aims at treating premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction. Method of treating premature ejaculation and erectile dysfunction consists in additionally performing an extracorporeal shock-wave therapy on an Aries apparatus, acting on the body of the penis by scanning movements from the head to root at 4th power level of 1,400 pulses and to the projection point of the prostate gland on perineum at 2nd level of 1,000 pulses 2 times a week, 8 procedures per course.
EFFECT: invention enables treating the patients with erectile dysfunction combined with premature ejaculation in outpatient conditions and can be used in the patients contraindicated in other therapeutic methods.
