SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biotechnology and can be used for detection of fungus Microsporum canis, which is an exciter of microspores. Disclosed nutrient medium contains glucose, peptone, agar, chitosan low-molecular food water-soluble and distilled water at specified content of components.
EFFECT: invention enables reducing the duration of eduction of Microsporum canis culture from clinical material from the patients.
