SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to a portable device for automatic injection, which can be glued onto skin or on clothes of a patient and can deliver a therapeutic agent into a patient's body with a subcutaneous injection with a slow, controlled injection rate. Wearable device for automatic injection for the therapeutic agent injection into the patient's body comprises a body, a vessel provided in the body, a syringe needle in fluid communication with the vessel, an injection assembly movably arranged in the body, a transfer mechanism forming a sterile fluid passage between the syringe needle and the injection needle, a plunger movably disposed within the vessel for ejecting the therapeutic agent from the vessel into the injection assembly, and a mechanism for activating the plunger, designed to activate the plunger inside the vessel. Body is configured to be fixed on the patient's body and comprises a patient's contact area. Vessel is provided for containing a therapeutic agent. Injection assembly comprises an injection needle for insertion into a patient's body and configured to communicate a syringe needle in fluid.

EFFECT: invention reduces or eliminates burning sensation, often occurring or perceived by patients using a conventional automatic injection device; maintains the sterility of the container with a therapeutic agent (exempli gratia a syringe); is simple to use, has the possibility of its pre-filling, is simple during production and/or does not require aseptic assembly.
