PHARMACEUTICAL FORMULATION DELIVERY DEVICE Russian patent published in 2025 - IPC A61B17/34 A61M5/142 A61M5/32

Abstract RU 2839077 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment, namely to a pharmaceutical formulation delivery device. Pharmaceutical fluid delivery device comprises a body, a removable injection needle and a trocar. Housing has an actuator, a fluid receiver and a fluid delivery mechanism. Removable injection needle extends distally from the body. Fluid delivery mechanism is configured to deliver boluses or a continuous flow of the fluid through the injection needle. Trocar comprises an elongated body having proximal and distal ends. Body has a head at its proximal end, an elongated shaft extending distally from the head, and a lumen extending from the proximal end to the distal end therethrough. Stabilizing mechanism on the distal portion of the elongated shaft is configured to stabilize the distal end of the elongated body relative to the tissue surface. Stabilizing mechanism comprises steps and shafts. Steps are arranged radially symmetrically around the elongated body. Each shaft is connected to the corresponding lower part of the steps at the first end and is connected to the elongated body by means of corresponding hinge points at the other end. Footrest and the shaft are movable from the recessed position along the elongated body to the stretched position, by rotation in the direction away from the elongated body by means of hinge points, when using a trocar. In the stretched position, the footrests grip the surface of the fabric with the possibility of disengagement.

EFFECT: use of the invention enables extravascular delivery of therapeutic agents to target locations within a patient while maintaining positional stability.
