FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of electrical engineering, namely to electrochemical capacitors not containing liquid components, and can be used for creation of energy accumulators, for example, for special equipment with high requirements to the effect of external factors (in space, aviation and military equipment, in deep-water vehicles, in equipment for drilling wells, etc.). Solid-state electrochemical capacitor contains sintered solid electrolyte with conductivity on ions of alkali metal, which is porous, at least on surface, and material of polarizable electrode fills pores of solid electrolyte and contacts with current collector.
EFFECT: invention allows achieving higher energy characteristics of electrochemical capacitor in comparison with known analogues.
