FIELD: medicine; pharmaceuticals.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the pharmaceutical industry. Disclosed is a transdermal therapeutic system (TTC) comprising: a) skin-back layer impermeable to the active substance; b) a depot layer of the active substance with content of 30–400 mg, which is selected from lavender oil, linalool or linalyl acetate; c) a matrix layer in contact with the active agent depot layer and regulating its release; d) a self-adhesive fixing layer on skin; e) a protective layer impermeable to the active substance, made with possibility of separation, wherein layers c) and d) can be identical or different, and depot-layer b) additionally comprises a support material comprising fibrous components. Invention also discloses a method of producing said TTC and use thereof for preventing and/or treating anxiety disorders, sleep disorders, phobias and nervousness.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides creating a therapeutic agent with controlled release of the active substance.
