FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to corrugated compensator for metallurgical furnace loading installation. Corrugated compensator comprises inlet end pipe and located opposite end outlet pipe, as well as corrugated section located between inlet end pipe and outlet end pipe. Corrugated section is formed by several bends and is intended for provision of possibility of relative movement between inlet end pipe and outlet end pipe. Along the inner wall of the corrugated compensator there is a non-bearing flexible insert, which is preferably a wire mesh spacer, extends along at least part of the length of the corrugated section and comprises at least one layer made of silicone and at least one layer made of synthetic fiber. Non-load-bearing flexible insert has the first end, which is rigidly connected to the inlet end pipe, and the second end, which is rigidly attached to the outlet end pipe.
EFFECT: invention allows creating a corrugated compensator designed to reduce or prevent dust accumulation on corrugated section.
