FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the agriculture. Rotary mower comprises rotor on shaft of which disc holder is arranged, to which working members are attached, at that said mechanism is composed of bolted joint, the bolt of which has a seat for the hinge mounting of plate-like steel knives and chains and holes for attachment of flexible working elements in form of fishing line and rope. Due to simple rotor device the invention allows using not only traditional active working elements made in the form of plate-like steel knives, but flexible active working elements, expand functional capabilities of rotary mower for mowing structure-wide stems of stiffness as to rigidity, which ultimately leads to reduction of material energy costs.
EFFECT: proposed is rotary mower.
