SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to agriculture. The combined device for mowing, grinding and embedding green manure crops into the soil has a means for mowing the upper part of green manure crops, mounted on the front hitch of the tractor and made in the form of a rotor with a vertical axis of rotation and working elements mounted on it. Each working element is made in form of double steel threads defining a drop-shaped contour, the tip of which is directed to the vertical axis of the rotor and is fixed on it. On the rear hitch of the tractor, a disk tool is mounted, made in form of a frame, on which two batteries of disks are installed in series. The front battery is equipped with sharpened turbo discs and is located perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the tool for grinding the upper cut and lower uncut parts of green manure crops and their roots. The rear battery is made symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the tool from the left and right sections with opposite angles of attack, each of which is equipped with spherical disks with trapezoidal teeth, the concavity of which is directed to the longitudinal axis of the tool for embedding crushed green manure crops into the soil. Disclosed is a method for mowing, grinding and embedding green manure crops into the soil. The method includes mowing the upper part of green manure crops. It is carried out by impact action of flexible working elements at an angle of 90 degrees to the vertical axis of the stem. Each flexible working element is made in form of double twisted steel strands. Drop-shaped contour the tip of which is directed to the center of rotation of the rotor is defined. After that the upper cut and uncut lower parts of green manure crops and their roots are ground by turbo discs with a sharpening. Then the ground mass of green manure crops is embedded in the soil by spherical discs with trapezoidal teeth. All three operations (mowing, grinding, embedding green manure crops into the soil) are carried out sequentially by the combined device.

EFFECT: reduced energy consumption of technological operations of grinding and embedding of green manure crops into the soil, while improving quality.
