SUBSTANCE: device relates to agriculture. Disclosed is a device for pre-sowing treatment of seeds, comprising a source of microwave energy, connected through a waveguide to a radiator installed above the conveyor belt in the working chamber, a conveyor belt made in the form of separate cells, and vibrator installed above overturned conveyor belt on tensioning drum in area of unloading hopper. Cells of conveyor belt are made in the form of round cups with possibility of rotation by means of gear transmission in the form of made teeth on outer side of side wall of cup and produced teeth on inner side of side wall of working chamber. At that, on the stationary pin of the cup axis of rotation the cups of the blade are installed, which are installed under the inclination towards the rotation, for the possibility of mixing of loose material at treatment of seeds, and movement of the conveyor belt is performed stepwise by means of the step motor. At that loading hopper located above conveyor belt is equipped with dosing device of cups loading.

EFFECT: invention provides higher uniformity of material heating.
