FIELD: agriculture.
SUBSTANCE: device contains an ultrahigh-frequency source connected with a working chamber through pyramidal horn and waveguide. The device is equipped with inclined rotative pipe-worm made in the form of spiral from dielectric material and connected through bearing assembly at the bottom of the working chamber with cooling pipe made of metal lattice. The pipe-worm and cooling pipe are equipped with motorised reducer for setting them in rotational motion.
EFFECT: enhancement of preplanting cultivation of seeds together with cooling process material.
