FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the oil and gas and exploration industries, and is intended for the column head turndown and turnup. Device includes a base with holes for fasteners installed on the flange of the column head, a socket fixed to the base, an element for transmission of torque to the base and a drive for rotation of the base. Seat is made of two identical equal-angle corners connected to each other by longitudinal edges by means of welding. Base consists of four identical strips, having at one ends cylindrical hole for fasteners, and on other ends of V-shaped cutout, inclined edges of which are located symmetrically relative to longitudinal axis of strip symmetry and at right angle to each other. In V-shaped cutout of strip there is a sharp part of seat, inclined edges of this cut are welded to side walls of seat. Base strips are connected to flange of column head by means of nuts and bolts / pins passed through holes of base and flange. Inner cavity of seat formed by two angles is installed with possibility of axial movement of lower part of element for transmission of torque to base. Said element is made of a piece of cylindrical pipe, the lower part of which envelops with its shelves four identical equal-angle angles, spaced from each other at a right angle relative to axis of pipe section. Longitudinal edges of these angles are welded by welding to outer side wall of pipe length while flat flange is fitted on top of pipe section and fixed by welding to upper ends of four corners enveloping tube section. At upper end of pipe section there is external tapered thread where it is wrapped with appropriate sleeve coupling for connection of device to elevator. Drive for the base rotation is a suspended hydraulic key.
EFFECT: proposed device simplifies design due to use of standard products, reduced number of parts and application of suspended hydraulic key intended for screwing and unscrewing of drilling and tubing pipes.
