KIT OF POST-AND-HOUSING REDUCTION DRIVES WITH REPLACEABLE DISKS WITH ROTATING BLADES “VIKOST” Russian patent published in 2018 - IPC A01B35/28

Abstract RU 2654113 C1

FIELD: agriculture; machine building.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agricultural machine building, in particular to disc tillage tools. Set of post-and-housing reduction drives with replaceable rotating blades in full assembly is installed in the frame of agricultural machinery. In the primary main assembly the set comprises a circular flat disc having a hole in the center and fastening holes around it. Disc is mounted in a tubular equalizer and welded in inside from the both sides in a circle. In the equalizer, through the same spacing in a circle, six process holes are made, into which the blade axes are inserted with a neck clearance, on which a mounting flange is made at the lower end. In the flange, four or six working parts from the strip are installed and welded in by the upper edges in the grooves, with a transverse semi-rhombic cross-section with sharp edges. Working parts are bent L-shaped from the top to the bottom and have the same dimensions along the working outlines circumference and length. Outline two parts located opposite, are bent radially, and the lower ends are until contact and welded. On the flanges, eight-tooth disc mills of the same dimensions along the circumference and selected length can be bolted from the bottom. On each blade shaft a neck of a square cross-section is made, on which a gearbox small gear is installed, and the axes with bearings are seated in a body welded in to the disk in along the circumference opposite to the process holes. At the driving housing forward end a gearbox large gear is welded in, contacting by oblique teeth at the circumference edge with oblique teeth of the blades small gears, bringing them into the rotary motion at the time of their location on the lower gear segment in the large gear. At the exit from the soil, the blades small gears contact the of the large gear without teeth semicircle upper part and stop rotating together with the blades on its entire smooth surface until the moment of its teeth contact with a retainer located on the edge in the large gear rear wall below the horizontal axis. Driving housing has a fastening eye welded in on the top surface and is fixed in its groove with the bolts at the lower end in the turning and adjusting post, which by its the upper end with slotted teeth is located in a bushing with the same teeth, and the bushing is welded in on the mounting plank lower end, where on the lower end a post is bolted in the groove in the rear wall. By the upper end post is welded in to the coupling, in which cavity elastic members are installed by four corners for the implement spring protection. Implement model assembly comprises a removable disk with rotating blades, on which working parts are installed and welded in on the lower conical ends of the axes in three or four oblique grooves in length, in the form of sheet flat rectangular tabs of the working contour, with an angled cutout from the bottom by the center and the same width and length as in the main implement. Implement model assembly contains a post-and-housing reduction drive with one straight horizontally located axis, in which, on both sides at a distance from the vertical axis, two large reduction gears are seated and welded in by the central hole, followed by two drive housings with bearings on both sides. At the two housings front edge the mounting flange is seated and welded in by a central hole, and on each flange the assembled complete disk with rotating blades is bolted. By the axis center a fastening eye is welded in from above, in which in its rectangular groove a complete turning and adjusting post is installed by its lower end and is fixed with two bolts, passed through the guide bushing, which is welded in from both sides in the upper part together with the braces, to the gearbox two large gears outer walls. Post a compression spring fitted between the disc washers and installed in its middle part, as well as additional spring protection in the upper fastening device secured to the square beam in the agricultural machinery frame. In the implement model assembly, on one turning and adjusting post with spring protection the kit contains a post-and-housing drive. Below the post middle part two opposing axes with an inclination in the vertical plane and under the working angle of attack in the horizontal plane are welded in. On the axes with bearings two housings are installed and secured, in which a fixing flange is welded in on the front edge. On the post above the two housings the braces are welded in from above and below, in which a gearbox large gear is welded in on the outer ends, in which a driving housing is passed through the central hole with a gap. On two housings on the mounting flange, a removable complete disk is secured in its complete assembly with rotating blades selected by the manufacturer. In the disk implements in their equalizers round spikes with pointed lower ends are installed on the entire upper surface in the holes and welded in from the inside. In the model assembly the kit contains a two-post reduction drive with spring protection, in which on the lower two ends a square-shaped battery shaft is rigidly fixed. Complete implements are set on the shaft in sequence in the right amount, in which on each seated on a square shaft spacing bushing, on its upper round surface in the middle part a gearbox large gear is seated and is welded in by a central hole, and in its front grooved end, two bearings in the housing are seated on the neck, in which a mounting flange is welded in to the front end. On the flange a completed replaceable complete disk is installed and bolted and with a clearance by a central hole on the neck, from the end face of the front end in the following installed spacing bushing of the next implement, and with the clearance between their equalizers end faces for possible independent operating rotation of the rotating implements with rotating blades. In the kit inside the blade housings, rolling bearings or sliding bearings made of ultra-high molecular weight polymeric material may be installed, and the tubular housings and necks diameters at the blade axles can be reduced. Such sliding bearings can also be mounted in the driving disk housings on the spacing bushing necks.

EFFECT: such an execution of the complete reduction drives with replaceable disks with rotating blades provides a technical result, consisting in the expansion of functional, qualitative and production capabilities.
