FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopaedics, and can be used for treating flat-valgus deformity of severe stops in children with cerebral paralysis. Cartilage is removed in the region of the sub-base joint, and in the sinus tarsi region decortication and insertion into the sinus tarsi of the vertically spongy-cortical autograft taken from the iliac bone flap. Horizontally positioned rectangular spongy-cortical autograft is inserted into region of diastasis between surfaces facing each other in subtalar joint area. Autografts are placed in close contact to form a single T-shaped bone block; the autografts are fixed with K-wires. Wound is closed in layers. Immobilisation is performed by circular plaster cast.
EFFECT: method provides higher clinical effectiveness in children with cerebral paralysis of any age group, flat-valgus deformation of severe degree and/or overweight due to introduction of two T-shaped bone autografts.
