SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the field of transport machine building. Magnetic fixture for a ceiling lining body assembly of a vehicle comprises a cup, a magnet and a carrier. Magnet is located in the cup. Carrier has a base and an elastic support containing a flat disc. Flat disc receives and holds the cup. Elastic support comprises a projection interacting with the cup. Elastic support has flat top surface without any side walls extending from upper surface to prevent excessive rigidity of said elastic support. Vehicle trimer trim comprises the above ceiling cover and magnetic fastener.
EFFECT: excluding the rattling of the ceiling lining.
