SUBSTANCE: invention relates to magnetic fasteners and is aimed at excluding tapping and jerking of fastener during use. Magnetic fastener comprises carrier, cup and magnet. Carrier comprises a single body made of plastic and having a base, a magnet support and a resilient shaft extending between said base and said magnet support. Cup is made of ferromagnetic material, wherein cup is molded on single body and is received and retained in cavity of magnet support. Magnet is received and retained in cup by means of magnetic attraction force.
EFFECT: elastic shaft provides hinged connection of support of magnet and magnet on base.
