FIELD: electrical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power take-off boxes for drive of additional units. Power take-off box comprises housing (1), cover (2) which closes piston (3) and is provided with central hole (4) for air supply. In housing (1) on bearings (5) output shaft (6) is installed, on which driven gear (7) is installed. Rod (8) is coaxially installed in the inner cavity of output shaft (6). On one end of rod (8) there is screwed stop (9). Stop (9) can be made integral with rod (8). In stop (9) there is cavity (10), with which the thrust element of piston (3), made in form of ball (11), interacts. Plate (12) is installed on rod (8), which contacts with piston (3) and stop (9). Spring (13) is installed between plate (12) and housing (1). Cover (2) is fixed in housing (1) by locking ring (14). Driving gear (17) is fitted on bearing (16) on axle (15). According to the first version, driven gear (7) is installed on splines of output shaft (6) with possibility of movement and engages with drive gear (17). Driven gear (7), output shaft (6) and rod (8) are connected by pin (18), which is fixed on driven gear (7) by spring ring (19). According to the second version, driven gear (7) is made with internal toothed rim (20) engaging with gear rim of coupling (22) installed on splines of output shaft (6). Coupling (22), output shaft (6) and rod (8) are connected by pin (18), which is fixed on coupling (22) by spring ring (19). Driven gear (7) is installed on output shaft (6) on bearings (23) and is in constant engagement with drive gear (17).
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of reliability, durability and repairability of power take-off box.
