SUBSTANCE: invention relates to means of security of operations in payment systems using bank cards. System comprises, for managing bank card parameters, determining possibility of authorization of operations thereon, connected to each other with possibility of remote data exchange and interaction processing center of bank card issuer, processing center of acquirer, plastic carrier of bank card of holder of bank card, means of communication of holder of bank card and its proxies with numbers registered in processing center of issuer for exchange with center of authenticated requests. In the method, verification for the purpose of attempting to carry out an undesirable or fraudulent transaction using the card holder is carried out by its trusted persons, with which the processing center of the issuer exchanges authenticated requests through means of communication of proxies to determine expediency of transactions requested by a bank card of their principal – a holder of a bank card.
EFFECT: reduced risk of undesirable transactions for a holder of a bank card when implementing bank cards initiated in any environment by the cardholder himself or by third parties to whom he voluntarily transmitted his card.
