FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used for control of gas turbine engine turbine blades cooling system. Disclosed is a method of controlling turbine cooling system of gas turbine engine, characterized by that turbine blade is installed in appliance, blowing of cooling channels of turbine blade by working medium is performed, air is used as working medium, it is evaluated by contactless method turbine blade cooling system and rate of air outlet from cooling channels of turbine blades is controlled. In order to implement a non-contact method, an air speed meter, for example a laser anemometer, is used to attach a turbine blade to a flange of an industrial robot-manipulator. Coordinate systems of industrial robot-manipulator and measuring system are synchronized, for example, with laser tracker. Turbine blade cooling channels are positioned relative to measuring system, personal computer is used during measurement, turbine blade cooling channels are blown with constant flow rate of working medium. Air speed is measured from cooling system of turbine blade separately for each cooling channel, processing data coming from contactless flow rate meter, obtained velocity measurements are compared from turbine blade cooling system with reference model of turbine blade or design model. Deflections of turbine blade cooling system and channel geometry are determined.
EFFECT: technical result is faster turbine blade cooling system control process and higher accuracy of turbine blade control, determination of gas turbine blade vane compatibility.
