FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: in order to obtain a value of a design radial clearance, first, there determined are values of centrifugal drawing of turbine blades for all turbine operating modes, values of radial clearances in stationary turbine operating modes, as well as values of turbine mounting fit; during turbine operation stator temperature and rotation speed of its rotor is measured; for each turbine operating mode a current value of centrifugal drawing of the turbine blades and a current value of radial clearance in stationary modes is determined as per rotation speed of its rotor and pre-set values; the obtained current values are added; the obtained total signal value is added to a signal of the mounting fit value for this mode, thus obtaining as a result the value of the specified current radial clearance, which is compared to the measured actual value of radial clearance, and as per the mismatch value of these signals total air flow rate supplied to the turbine rotor and stator is controlled, or its supply is shutoff. Additionally, values of shares of the turbine radial clearance, which fall within temperature deformations of the rotor and the stator, are determined, and as per these values, a control signal is calculated, according to which shares of total air flow rate are controlled, which are supplied for blowing of the turbine rotor and stator.
EFFECT: improving adjustment accuracy of a radial clearance in a turbine.
