FIELD: satisfaction of human vital needs.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an anti-decubitus mattress and can be used for the treatment of decubitus in home and hospital conditions. Mattress for preventing decubitus in bedridden patients has sections for alternating influx, as well as attachment to the bed support, made in the form of elastic belts having adjustable and uncontrolled ends and fixed at the corners of the base of the mattress, wherein the belts are fixed at distance of 300–370 mm from the corner of the base of the mattress, wherein the width of each belt is 20–30 mm, and length of non-adjustable end is 300–370 mm, wherein adjustable end of belt is configured to adjust length in range of 250–370 mm, and for making belts a tourniquet of latex rubber or a rubber band is used, wherein for fastening the belt ends, the device comprises a fastener made in the form of a tensioner and including rings for fixing the adjustable and uncontrolled end of the belt in opposite ends of the fastener-tensioner, a fixing support, permanently connected to the ring for the adjustable end of the belt, made in the form of a cylinder with a T-shaped slot for installation of the fixed head corresponding to the slot of the form, which is located by a permanent connection on the end of the screw tension shaft, having thread and representing screw shaft pair and nuts with plastic head, made with possibility of nut rotation on shaft for conversion of rotation movement of plastic head into linear movement along rotation axis, wherein the shaft has a stop preventing complete unwinding of the fastener-tensioner, and a ring connector is attached to the nut with the plastic head by a non-detachable connection, independently rotating relative to the uncontrolled end of the strap connected to it.

EFFECT: elimination of the mattress displacement from the bed when the patient is on the patient with the possibility of fast easing of the mattress strap tension, located and fixed on the bed of the medical bed, and, if necessary, removal of the mattress from the bed of the medical bed.
