FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to an anti-decubitus mattress, and is aimed at creation of optimal conditions for preventing the onset and treatment of the bedsores in the patients in a prolonged forced lying position. Anti-decubitus mattress has cells for inflated air in staggered order, made of polyvinyl chloride, wherein mattress surface intended for contact with human body is coated with elastic polymer coating, which is a shock-resistant technical thermoplastic resin based on neutral silicone, wherein the polymer coating is a plurality of polymer spheres of irregular cross-section with diameter of 5–7 mm, fixed on the mattress fabric pointwise through distance of 15–20 mm, formed by applying a polymer composition on the mattress fabric in liquid form. According to the invention, the polymer coating is a SQARE LSR6030 silicone rubber from SQARE, which is a two-component system on a platinum catalyst with a high adhesive surface.
EFFECT: higher blood circulation and lymphatic flow of soft tissues due to massage effect from mattress coating.
