SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of pressing blank to supporting surface for static loading of it by means of punch; then shaping blank at acting upon it by load pulses created due to electric discharge in liquid for successively collecting blank material on punch; moving punch towards blank between load pulses; performing static loading of blank in direction opposite relative to direction of pulse action.
