FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of producing oxytocin analogues of formula I, where R1 is a hydrogen atom or C1-7-alkyl; and R2 is a hydrogen atom or C1-7-alkyl; or R1 and R2 together with a nitrogen atom and a carbon atom, to which they are bonded, form 5-member heterocycle which is optionally substituted with a group of hydroxy or a halogen atom; R3 is C1-7-alkyl. Oxytocin analogues of formula I act as oxytocin receptor agonists and have potential for use in treating neurological disorders.
.
EFFECT: method increases output and selectivity of oxytocin analogues.
