FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to methods for synthesis of glycopeptide having sialylated sugar chain. By esterification reaction is carried out binding resin, having hydroxyl group with amino acid, in which nitrogen amino group is protected by Acs-group. Disconnected Acs-group with formation of free amino groups. Elongation of amino acid is associated with resin, by means of additional binding of other amino acids, in which nitrogen amino group is protected by Acs-group. Disconnected Acs-group with formation of free amino groups. Hydrolysis is performed by means of resin acid. Said amino acids at least once are sialylated, wherein the carboxyl group of sialic acid protected phencyle group. Obtaining cyalylglycoaspargyne derivative.
EFFECT: invention enables to obtain sialylated glycopeptides, in which there is labile to alkalis non-natural amino acid, as well as preventing degradation of sialic acid.
