FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to oncology, and can be used for treating castration-resistant prostate cancer. For this purpose, simultaneously with a combination of docetaxel 75 mg/m2 body surface 1 every 3 weeks + enzalutamide 160 mg a day + prednisolone 10 mg a day intravenously dropwise introduction of succinic acid solution in the form of methylglucamine mixtures at rate of 5–6 g of succinic acid per 1 liter of infusion mixture. Therapeutic course is 3 weeks.
EFFECT: method enables higher clinical effectiveness and safety ensured by the additive effect of the combination.
