FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and can be used for the treatment of castration-resistant prostate cancer. To do this, prescribe a combination of drugs docetaxel 75 mg/m2 body surface 1 time in 3 weeks, abiraterone 1000 mg per day, prednisone 10 mg per day. Simultaneously with the intake of drugs prescribe succinic acid in the form of oral administration 2 times a day, 50–200 mg after meals. Course of therapy is 3 weeks.
EFFECT: invention provides a reduction in the toxic effects of a combination of drugs due to the introduction of succinic acid, which reduces hypoxia and enhances the function of cellular immunity.
