SUBSTANCE: invention refers to surgery, traumatology, combustiology and dermatology, and concerns treating skin diseases specified in burns, superficial and deep wounds. For this purpose, an aqueous micellar solution of silver nanoparticles is applied on the affected area three times a day for up to 10 days. It is combined with intravenous drop-by-drop introduction of amber acid solution in the form of methyl glucamine mixtures at rate of 5–6 g of succinic acid per 1 l of the infusion solution.

EFFECT: method provides high clinical effectiveness in the above diseases ensured by synergetic action of the drug components.
