FIELD: wireless communication equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to short-range wireless communication and is used to configure telecommunication equipment. To achieve technical result, NFC short-range communication technology is used. Initial configuration includes radio channel parameters, network parameters, VLAN parameters for connection of equipment into network and provision of network equipment control. Configuration of telecommunication equipment of external execution is set before its installation on mast and connection to power supply source. Wireless data exchange between a mobile device and telecommunication equipment is carried out by launching a special-purpose software on the mobile device and attaching said to the NFC tag on telecommunication equipment. For protection difference is calculated between CONFIGURED_POS and CURRENT_POS, at difference value more than 50 m equipment is automatically deactivated, while reading data is carried out after a given period of time.
