FIELD: control systems.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an enterprise automated management system. System comprises an automated workstation (AWS), with possibility of feedback associated with a design module through a module for displaying actual performance indicators of a business process, a memory unit and a module for monitoring environmental parameters, memory unit serves to collect and store actual business process efficiency and environmental parameters, AWS is configured for single comparison of actual values with the planned values from the condition of accounting when comparing parameters of the external environment, wherein, based on the deviation comparison results, the calculation module serves to calculate such deviations and cyclical output based on the results of calculating the business process effectiveness report from the condition of evaluating the quality and maturity of such a business process, wherein report is output in form of evaluation matrix, received by calculation results business indicators are stored in memory unit as scheduled, and AWS is configured to correct business process models, normalization and calculation of key performance indicators based on obtained deviations as a result of comparing actual performance of business processes with planned ones.
