SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a computer-implemented method for automated processing and analysis of data to assess the efficiency of execution of instructions. In the method, the activities of enterprises are divided into functional groups, each identifying three key indicators reflecting the assessment of the efficiency of executing instructions, quarterly collecting information on key indicators from independent source and generating input data for each functional group for each subordinate, in each functional group three design indicators are selected, which reflect parameters of efficiency of execution of orders of the head of subordinates, at the stages of expert analysis and formation of output information of key indicators and calculated indicators are analyzed with plotting graphs for each individual activity for each key indicator and the calculated indicator, and based on the analysis results, a conclusion is made on presence of problems in the existing efficiency of executing instructions within each type of activity, formulating recommendations for the manager on the development of efficiency of execution of instructions.
