SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to the cosmetic industry, specifically to an elastic jelly-like composition for use in a cosmetic agent containing an oil-in-water emulsion product having oil droplets with average particle size of 150 nm or less, and hydrophobically modified ethoxylated urethane included in emulsion product of "oil-in-water" type, wherein oil drops contain α-type gel, including a higher alcohol with a carbon chain length of 16 or more as amphiphile, an oil component and a surfactant.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides jelly composition having improved thickening effect and having a unique texture.
