SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the computer equipment. Device for configuring sequence of filters for video coding comprises: sequence of filters, which are configured by primary parameters and secondary parameters; and a filter controller which controls secondary parameters based on the primary parameters and based on the filter sequence power criterion, wherein the power criterion comprises: ratio of gain ratio for high-frequency region and amplification ratio for low-frequency region and/or ratio of value of contrast before filtering and value of contrast after filtration.
EFFECT: providing a sequence of filters for reducing signaling volume and excessive smoothing.
