SUBSTANCE: method for sharing information in a video decoding system, wherein the first flag of sharing information is received in image level data or sequence level data; if the first sharing flag indicates sharing: the common loop filter information is determined, corresponding to one of the filters based on the sample adaptive offset, adaptive loop filter, linear spatial filter, and deblocking filter, in the image level data or the sequence level data. The common information comprises at least a portion of the filter parameters of the loop filter, and at least a portion of the filter parameters of the loop filter includes a filter coefficient or a shift amount related to the loop filter; filter information of the loop filter for one or more image slices is determined. Part of the filter information is determined from the common information; and the loop filter is applied to these one or more image slices using a filter coefficient or a shift amount in the common information.

EFFECT: elimination of unnecessary redundancy of the common information in a slice header.
