SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a liquid switching device comprising housing body (1), which comprises a fluid inlet channel (4) and a plurality of fluid outlet channels (5a, 5b) arranged hydraulically in parallel, switching body (2), which includes liquid inlet (2a), at least one liquid outlet (2b) and liquid passage extending from fluid inlet to fluid outlet, and is located inside the housing body with the possibility of translational movement parallel to the axis and simultaneous rotational movement relative to the longitudinal axis between at least two different working positions, wherein said switching body in each of different operating positions is in fluid communication with fluid inlet through its fluid inlet and is configured to differentially unlock or at least partially block liquid connection of its fluid outlet with a corresponding fluid outlet channel, and drive mechanism for actuation of switching body, at that said drive comprises functional element (3a) arranged on housing body to be actuated by user. According to invention switching body (2) comprises inlet branch pipe (2d) tightly directed inside liquid inlet channel (4) for axial and rotary movement, wherein said inlet pipe on fluid inlet side forms fluid inlet (2a). Use of the invention is provided, for example, in sanitary showers.
