SUBSTANCE: invention relates to acoustics, in particular to the active noise suppression devices. Device comprises reference sensors, a loudspeaker, a microphone, a processor, a filter bank, a means of calculating a minimum mean square error, a fast Fourier transform unit, a spectrum superimposition unit, an inverse Fourier transform unit, an adaptive filter. Processor is configured to execute a non-inertial suppression algorithm based on the minimum mean-square error with filtering of the reference signal and dividing into subbands for processing reference signals of broadband white noise and generating an output signal having a uniform spectral characteristic over the entire frequency range defined by said subbands to partially damp noise from driving on the road by means of a loudspeaker. Reference sensors are configured to detect broadband white noise reference signals indicating noise from movement along the road.

EFFECT: technical result is faster operation with simultaneous reduction of computational complexity and prevention of overlapping of signal spectra.
