FIELD: medical equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medical equipment, namely to a device for connecting an auxiliary circulation pump to a human ventricle. Device contains a flanged branch pipe, a woven cuff, a yoke and an inlet cannula of the auxiliary circulation pump. Flanged branch pipe has collet grippers with inner cylindrical recess and inner ring ledge at the end providing retention of inlet pump of auxiliary circulation pump, having cylindrical projection and annular recess mating with corresponding profile of collet grippers. Fixation of the position of the inlet cannula of the auxiliary circulation pump is ensured by means of a clamp arranged in an external annular recess on collet locks fixing its axial position. Cannula has an external cylindrical stop, which in the working position rests against the ends of collets.
EFFECT: technical result is reducing the scope of surgical intervention when replacing a failed auxiliary circulation pump (reimplantation) or removing it in case of cardiac muscle (explantation) recovery, accurate fixation of the immersion depth of the end of the inlet cannula into the cavity of the ventricle of the heart, provision of centering in the hole formed in the process of implantation in the wall of the ventricle of the heart, as well as providing convenience of the pump installation in the patient's chest.
